Well presented four bedroom home in sought after location.

About this property

  • Savills are delighted to offer for sale this charming four bedroom family home in an elevated position on one of Lilliput's most sought after roads.

This well presented home is conveniently located for a number of different points of interest and amenities. The glorious Poole Harbour, the prestigious Parkstone golf course and the popular Lilliput amenities are all less than one mile away.

The current owners have lived at this wonderful property for circa 37 years and during their ownership have created the home that you see today over the years. This includes fixtures and fittings upgrades, landscaping and extensions. The property is in good decorative order throughout but there is scope and potential to enhance and modernise the property.

The property is positioned very well in the fact that it is in an elevated position off the road and opposite the house there is only very mature hedging and tress. Both of these features give the property a great feeling of privacy.

Internally there is 2089 square feet of comfortable and spacious accommodation plus there is an oversized garage which is an additional 297 square feet, a total of 2386 square feet of property. There is a lovely homely feel about the property with an abundance of natural light.

Externally there a drive way with ample off road parking and a decent sized front garden where there are steps up to the front door. To the rear there is a large patio which is the ideal space to sit out, relax and dine al fresco plus a cleverly designed rear garden which has different tiered levels, plenty of low maintenance green planting and alternative seating areas.
