Villa Phoenix is situated in the prestigious complex of Pantogia, a hilly area overlooking the Gulf of Pevero, a few kilometres from Porto Cervo. The building dates back to the 90s. The interior of the villa is in a contemporary style, with parquet flooring. The villa is spread across two levels, with a large living area overlooking the covered outdoor terrace and the views of the Gulf of Pevero.
The ground floor, partially a basement due to the conformation of the land, is dedicated to the sleeping area, at which level there is also the beautiful swimming pool. The living area is absolutely exclusive, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea of the Costa Smeralda.

The villa is accessed through a pergola that houses two parking spaces on the sides of which there are two wooden gates that allow direct access to the terrace and garden on one side, and the main entrance on the opposite side.
The main entrance leads into the bright living area, which has a bathroom, equipped with a shower and accessible through an anteroom equipped with a large built-in wardrobe. Two large sliding French doors overlooking the covered veranda and three large windows provide excellent lighting.
The indoor living area includes a living room, equipped with sofa with TV area, double sofa bed and dining room. The first includes the primary bedroom, to which is attached an additional area with single bed and pull out bed communicating with the main and without internal door, but equipped with a second access from the hallway. The primary bedroom is equipped with a spacious en-suite bathroom consisting of two washbasins and a large shower in a niche clad in marble.

This room enjoys a beautiful view of the garden and the pool as well as having direct access to the outdoor living area.

The second sleeping area accessible from the same hallway through an internal door includes a large room with double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a private area with jacuzzi and mini gym Technogym Unica, a double bedroom, a double room with 1 large bed,40 m and additional bathroom with shower. The room with 1.40 m wide bed is characterized by old marine style wooden furniture, while the large and modern double room also has direct access to the solarium and swimming pool area.

The fenced garden measures about 200 square meters and is planted as a lawn on sloping land that develops mainly around the pool. The borders of the lawn are characterized by hedges of oleanders.

The upper floor is characterized by the presence of a covered veranda that guarantees a large shaded living area and suitable for alfresco dining.
The pool is located on the lower level, a few meters from the exit to the garden from the two double bedrooms. Bean-shaped, it has a variable depth from 1.30 m to 2 m, is PVC coated and has chlorine purification.
Around the pool, there is a large solarium with terracotta flooring that borders the garden. The solarium can also be reached from the top of the villa, through stairs that lead from the covered terrace to the garden that surrounds it partially. The sunbathing area is illuminated, equipped with deck chairs and umbrella and is visible from the covered veranda of the first floor.
