    • Riven Heights was probably built in the 1970s and resides high on the west facing slopes, to the east of Lyme Regis, with glorious views over this sought after town, Lyme Bay and the Jurassic coast beyond.

The property has spacious, well arranged accommodation over one level, with the principal rooms all taking in the stunning view. The property is extremely light and airy, with a good size entrance hall, well fitted kitchen opening to a dining area and double doors into a lovely large sitting room with fireplace and glazed doors opening onto the terrace. Three bedrooms, a useful study area and a garden room with glorious views, completes the accommodation.

Outside the property is approached from the lane via a shared drive, which leads into a private drive with parking. Naturally the gardens are principally to the south and west of the property, with a combination of terrace, lawn, borders and hedges providing colour.
