Mallet Construction have just recently completed three bespoke homes at Deanston Farm in the space which was previously the steading to the farm. The ground floor accommodation is completed by a utility room which has units and work tops which match the kitchen and there is plumbing for a washing machine along with deep storage cupboards.

The garden around The Dairy sits on the south and west side of the house. There is a sheltered patio area by the kitchen and a spacious lawn.
