The park will consist of 11 modern buildings, of which seven buildings have been designed with a clear internal warehouse height of 10 m, and the remaining four buildings will be constructed with a clear height of 8 m. The park will offer small business units starting from 800 sq m, but may also accomodate larger occupiers with units of around 2,500 sq m - 4,000 sq m. Premises will be suitable for warehousing, logistics, distribution, light production or as retail showrooms. Construction will be carried out on a built-to-lease basis and according to tenant's requirements.
