    About this property

    • Panorama House is one of Bournemouth and Poole's most cherished properties which is steeped in history, occupying an incredibly commanding position right at the end of the sought after Sandbourne Road cul-de-sac. This stunning cliff top property benefits from outstanding sea and beach views.

This iconic and landmark property was originally built pre-war and was constructed and finished to an extremely high specification to create one of the areas finest homes. Since then the ownership has changed hands a few times and has been home and visited by a number of Hollywood stars and public figures. The most recent sale was to the current owner in 2006. Since then the home has been completely reinvented and extensively renovated to a superb standard, blending the original character charm and modern practicalities seamlessly. This house has to be one of the most quirky and interesting homes in the area and needs to be viewed in order to be fully appreciated.

Internally the property spans an impressive 7,306 square feet of eclectic and characterful accommodation. In addition to the main house there are 603 square feet of outbuildings, taking the total space on offer to 7,909 square feet.

The main accommodation consists of seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, two WC's, a large reception hallway, formal living room, separate dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, study, cinema room, games room, pool house and much much more.

The whole house has been cleverly designed and utilised to maximise all the space and the stunning sea views on offer. The floor plan flows effortlessly and is very versatile in its configuration and can therefore suit a wide range of buyers.

Externally there is a long private drive way accessed via electric gates leading to the front of Panorama House where there is parking for several vehicles, the once garage is currently a gym but could easily be converted back. To the rear within the large garden there are many different areas to sit out and enjoy the sea and coastal views are at their finest.

Panorama House offers an exceptional amount of accommodation and outside areas which truly must be seen in person. The list of features and areas worth mentioning is extensive.

Agent note: There are a few small store rooms in the basement which are not shown on our floor plan.
