The main house comprises a sitting room on the ground floor with fireplace and wood burning stove, a kitchen with adjacent storage area, a hallway with stairs leading up to the first floor where there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a single bedroom/study and a separate bathroom. A glassed in walkway leads to the second bedroom that also has an en suite bathroom.

The first guest cottage comprises a dining room/kitchen with brand new fittings, a light filled sitting room and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The second, smaller, guest cottage has a sitting/dining/kitchen and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

In addition there is a fully equipped gym with sauna, massage room and bathroom with adjacent laundry; this area could be transformed into a two bedroom apartment if extra accommodation was required.

A fourth building is currently used as a studio and also has a small workshop. The guest cottages and studio are at some distance from the main house and are therefore very private and each of them have external sitting/dining areas. Both the main house and the larger guest cottage have stone built barbeques and there is a poolside summer kitchen, also with barbeque, that has all that one requires for cooking meals for family and friends.

The buildings all have heating of various kinds; gas fired central heating, wood burning stoves and air conditioning units that both heat and cool the various rooms. All of the windows are double- glazed and each roof is well insulted ensuring that the properties can be utilised in all four seasons. Each of the houses have intercoms and the entry gates can be opened from just about anywhere on the property which also has an alarm.

The properties sit in one hectare of beautifully maintained gardens that are studded with a variety of mature trees and plants, stone built holding walls and numerous places to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The view is far-reaching and stunning. The tiled infinity swimming pool measures 5.6 x 10.6 metres.
