About this property

  • Inspired by the Bath Royal Crescent, a gated development of classically-styled townhouses set in beautiful parkland.

The kitchen/dining room, candidly is the heart of this beautiful family home. Upon entering the property, an elegant and spacious hallway guides you to the neutral décor kitchen, which benefits from underfloor heating, Seimens integrated appliances and French doors that lead to the secluded rear garden and subsequent double garage. A utility room, tucked away off the kitchen, provides a discreet workspace for laundry with Bosch appliances. There is an abundance of entertaining space throughout this home with a south East facing reception room to the front of the house on the ground floor overlooking the landscaped communal gardens. A cloakroom, store room and WC complete the ground flor accommodation.

On the first floor, a large formal reception room with four sets of French doors that open onto a Juliette balcony which spans the width of the room. High ceilings and generous windows flood the space with light, creating a sense of elegance and immense grandeur. Also on this floor lies the principal suite with ample storage and dressing area, a seated bay window and a modern en suite bathroom with a double shower. There is a further double bedroom with built in storage and WC.

The second floor comprises a lavish guest suite, with built in storage and an en suite bathroom. There are two further double bedrooms, both with built in storage and views over the grounds, a single bedroom and family bathroom which completes the internal accommodation.

Externally, there is a double garage which leads to the private rear garden, which is mostly laid to lawn, with an outdoor seating area and mature trees, providing complete screening from neighboring properties. There is also a bank of communal parking spaces available for use by residents and guests.

Lakeside Grange is one of the prettiest buildings in Weybridge. I love the mature parkland setting yet still within a close distance to Oatlands Village and Weybridge centre.
