Located in the heart of Bangkok's CBD, Saladaeng One is the first ultra-luxury high-rise condominium developed by SC Asset PCL, inspired by simplicity, elegance, and timeless concepts.

The 35-story high project is 133 meters above ground with three basement floors and comprises 180 units. The amenity floor is on the 33rd floor featuring a sky pool and fitness area with panoramic views of Lumphini Park.
The design concept consists of a white marble impression accentuated by a black marble entrance canopy floating above the space. The building expresses a tropical urban design, subtly contrasting with modern contemporary style through dramatic horizontal sun louvres and angled bay windows.

All windows are individually tilt and oriented towards the best views away from excessive sunlight reflecting sky colors from different angles—this helps increase the energy efficiency of the building as windows and terraces are protected from glare, excessive sun exposure, rain and air conditioning energy.
