The park consists of three modern industrial halls with a total rentable area of 34,700 sq m. The clear internal height varies from 8 m to 10 m. The premises will be suitable for light production, R&D, warehousing.

The park is located in the southern part of Liberec, in the Doubí cadastral area. 600 m from exit 25 of the D35/D10 highway (Prague – Mladá Boleslav – Liberec). The park is easily accessible by public transport – the nearest bus stop is 400 m away.
