Distillery House was once the home of Tomdachoille Distillery which is believed to have been active between 1816 and 1878. A wood burning stove, sitting area, bar and games room have been created on the ground floor while the mezzanine floor houses a pool table. At the lower ground level of the distillery building there are two useful stores for garden machinery and tools. Subject to obtaining the relevant permissions, the distillery building could be converted in a number of different ways.

Outside
Distillery House is approached by a shared private road which leads into an attractive gravel courtyard between the house and the old distillery building. A neat beech hedge encloses a lawn in front of the old distillery building where there is also a little burn. At the rear of the house is a pretty rock garden filled with spring bulbs and there are two paved terraces for sitting out at different times of the day.
