Meticulous selection and master craftsmanship run throughout the villa. The hand-crafted, 2 ton brass bell fireplace gives the outdoor entertainment area a sense of warmth and distinction. The ceilings throughout are comprised of French oak beams, while the entire structure is built from natural rock. Local grasses are incorporated on the roof to blend the structure into the surrounds.
Efficiency
The villa makes use of an advanced geothermal water and pipe system which provides all the heating and cooling. This works on either heating or cooling the pools, the floors and towel rails. Everything is controlled from the plant-room and the operation is silent and out of sight. To further compliment the sustainable nature of the Villa, there is a comprehensive, cutting-edge Solar farm allowing off grid operation.

Abundant Wildlife
Being open to the Kruger National Park, Kubili is guaranteed of spectacular game viewing. Vast herds of buffalo and elephant, territorial leopards and lions, the cheetah and wild dogs traverse huge areas but are often spotted. Plains game in abundance and game drives never disappoint.
Quality, perfection & style
The villa consists of four distinct areas. The first being the large outside entertainment and dining area, which spills through into a formal open plan lounge, music room and dining room. The second being the family wing which has two en-suite bedrooms and a nursery. Thereafter, two guest suites, each include a full en-suite, a kitchenette, a heated pool and private patio with views of the dam and bush. In addition, a separate facility houses the kitchen, laundry, garages, workshops, storerooms and accommodation for key staff.
Behind the scenes
Fully equipped, modern, commercial kitchen which allows the lodge to cater for all events. There is a large freezer and cold room which allows the lodge to keep significant amounts of stock. An outdoor Argentinian Grill caters for the barbeques and outdoor entertainment.
