The plot and build purchase breaks down the guide price of the properties at Yarnells Hill into two separate purchases and figures - one figure for the land and another for the build contract (the construction and completion of your home). 50% of the overall guide price for the land and once completion on the land takes place, the remaining 50% to enter into the build contract with the developer is required across staged payments throughout the build.
