The property is situated in the historical centre of Athens, 5 min walk from Monastiraki Metro station, at the area of PSIRI, an upcoming area which is included in the reunified archaeological triangle of Athens.
Project objectives
The project aim is to redevelop this listed building into four hotel apartments or ‘boutique suites’ across all floors.
The top floor apartment will have its own private roof garden.
The focus will be on executing a high-quality architecture and interior design in touch with the neoclassical and old Athenian character of the building.
The aim is to brand the residence as a small boutique apartment in the heart of the historic and touristic centre with a touch of gastronomic experience.
