Sale, land, Prague-east
The municipality of Mnichovice - Myšlín is in the eastern part of the town of Mnichovice in Prague-East District and is 30 km from the centre of Prague. Good roads enable you to reach Prague within approx. 30 minutes by car thanks to the nearness of the D1 motorway. Connections to Prague and the surrounding area are also provided by public transport buses as well as a rail service.
The town of Mnichovice is in the typical hilly landscape of Central Bohemia, where fields, woods and meadows, as well as frequent small ponds, make the countryside a mosaic. The town has all civic amenities. There is a school, kindergarten, doctor, stores and restaurants, as well as a library established in 1837 by Vojtěch Vilibald Kramer.
In Myšlín we can find Myšlín pond as well as Myšlín Stream. Alone on the southeast edge of the village stands Myšlín chateau with the remains of a farm, parts of which were burned down after 2002.
The land itself is in a L-shape and has a total area of 5,859 sqm; it is next to a housing development and slopes to the southwest. Its southern part is on a slope that continues into a meadow. It therefore provides a wonderful, uninterrupted view of the surrounding landscape and offers future owners a peaceful place to live.
The built-up area of the land with a size of 1,416 sqm is located in its upper part and is next to an access road and a development on the northern side. In addition to an electricity connector, this part of the land also has a drilled well. Other utilities (sewerage and gas) are located in the access road on Polní ulice, and they can be brought onto the land.
