Three attractive mixed broadleaf and coniferous woods
Three blocks of mature woodland that benefit from far reaching views out across Derbyshire. This is a rare opportunity to purchase three beautiful blocks of mature woodland on the edge of the Peak District. The woods have a great degree of biodiversity and fauna throughout them. The woodlands have been actively managed by the vendors with woodland management plans in place.
There are opportunities for exploring new income streams including but not limited to the sale of carbon that is sequestered by the trees, biodiversity net gain as part of the planning process and leisure activities.
NORTHWOOD CARR
The wood is accessed via a right of access from the public highway Cote Hilloc with pedestrian access from Lumb Lane, the wood extends to approximately 34.74 acres (14.06 hectares).
