  • The village itself offers a primary school , nursery, sports field, pub, village hall, parish church and a small shop as part of the new Duchy Field development.
  • The nearby villages of Islip, Weston on the Green and Kirtlington also provide more amenities while nearby Kidlington or Summertown provide more extensive shopping.
  • Communications are excellent with Junction 9 of the M40 some 3 miles away, as well as access to Oxford via the A34. There is a fast train service from Bicester Village, Islip or Oxford Parkway to London Marylebone in around an hour.

  • Directions: From Savills Summertown Oxford office, take the A4165 north towards Kidlington. At the Cutteslowe roundabout, take the first exit onto North Way/Sunderland Ave (A40).
