The residents of Stroudwater Park are currently in discussions about the possibility of adding an additional floor onto the top of the building. This work should also include investment in the rest of the estate, including the existing buildings and grounds. No formal planning application has been made yet and these discussions are in their infancy.

I love the convenience of this development, just 0.3 miles from Weybridge Station. It is also built in the 'Brutalist' architectural style, popularised in the 1950s, characterised by its exposed brick façade.
