Thought out in detail, the architectural project is made up of 13 villas, 3 or 4-bedroom typologies, with southern exposure to the sun.

The development is completely walled in stone. The exterior of the villas will have a large apparent presence of concrete, which will give them an image of modernity and, at the same time, solidity.

On the ground floor, there will be large glazed areas in the south-facing rooms, allowing a perfect relationship between the interior of the villa and its garden.

The interior of the condominium will be served by a pedestrian path that will allow access to any villa. All the villas will have a private garden, with immediate access to communal garden areas or pedestrian circuits.

The landscaping project has been carefully thought out in detail, with large areas of plant cover in the communal areas and in all the private gardens, as well as in the entire area of flower beds, a total of 271 linear metres surrounding the 4 blocks of houses. Also, in the communal areas of the condominium, the footpaths will be made in terraway, with night lighting around the entire perimeter.

The issue of security was also present from the outset, so the entrance areas to the condominium, as well as the circulation areas in common spaces, will be subject to video surveillance.

With environmental and energy efficiency issues in mind, all the villas will be equipped with an energy production system using photovoltaic panels and, in parallel, will be fitted with heat pumps for DHW production and space heating/cooling, substantially minimising the energy costs traditionally associated with the use of a home.

This development, designed by the architect Rui Livramento, began construction in September 2023. The work is expected to last between 18 and 24 months.
