The hot water and the ventilation is produced by a large Daikin machine located in the separate technical room.
The two kitchens have electric induction cookers, in the Trullo also an oven.
There are three A/C units. When the outside temperature is say 35 degrees during August, you can easily keep 23 degrees inside. In winter time, with the efficient underfloor heating, you can hold a temperature up to 26 degrees if you so want.
