The Trullo of 55sq.m net floor area is the larger building; the original part with the traditional two roof cones was built 120 years ago and completely refurbished using the original stone slates and retaining the original features. The trullo has been extended. The hot water and the ventilation is produced by a large Daikin machine located in the separate technical room.
The two kitchens have electric induction cookers, in the Trullo also an oven.
There are three A/C units. When the outside temperature is say 35 degrees during August, you can easily keep 23 degrees inside. In winter time, with the efficient underfloor heating, you can hold a temperature up to 26 degrees if you so want.
