    About this property

    • Occupying an incredible position at the very end of Stocks Lane, which is also a dead end, Seagulls is a unique coastal property enjoying far-reaching sea views. The house sits within delightful private gardens and has a car port and ample parking for several cars. A footpath also leads from the property, allowing you to walk straight down to the beach. Internally, the accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its superb outlook, with many double-aspect rooms creating light, airy accommodation throughout.

The front door opens into a welcoming entrance hall, providing access to the ground floor accommodation and a useful utility room. Flowing from the hall is a well-proportioned and versatile living space, currently arranged as a sitting and dining room. The adjacent kitchen is centrally positioned and fitted cabinetry and work surfaces, an easy connection to the dining area. Also on the ground floor is a triple-aspect garden room with sliding doors opening to the outside. A well-proportioned bedroom, also benefiting from direct access to outside, is served by its own shower room, making it ideal for guest accommodation. Stairs rise to the first floor landing, which leads to two further bedrooms enjoying the most spectacular sea views and access to a balcony. A family bathroom completes this level.

I love how this house is at the end of a dead end lane and has a footpath leading straight down to the beach. It has some of the best far reaching views over the sea from any house I have seen.
