The warehouse premises which can be made available in either one or two units offers good, clean and rectangular shaped accommodation with roller shutter doors to each end.

Additionally there are significant outside spaces facilitating access for vans and lorries and additional parking for cars is available.

The owner will make reasonable changes to the building, including splitting if required and to suit individual occupiers requirements.

The office building to the front, known as Bridge House is currently occupied on the ground floor by Granite Le Pelley. The first floor accommodation is currently available and comprises circa 2,000 sq.ft. It is at present fully fitted and can be made available including desks and general office furniture.
