About this property

  • Savills are delighted to offer for sale this modern and stylish penthouse apartment located in Prime central Sandbanks within approximately 150 metres of touching the water of Poole Harbour.

Harbour Dene is a small and exclusive development of just three luxury properties (one per floor), located on the extremely sought after and well know Panorama Road which is where some of the UK's most prestigious and valuable homes can be found. This development was constructed in 2017 and therefore it boasts modern specification, trendy fixture and fittings and contemporary design.

This low maintenance apartment offers a wonderful lifestyle due to its convenient location for Poole Harbour, water sports activities, walks along the golden sand, enjoying the local restaurants or just relaxing and taking in the evening sun on the private terrace.

Penthouse Harbour Dene is a truly impressive property which spans 1378 square feet of contemporary and well-proportioned accommodation. The floor plan has been intelligently designed maximising the space and light while incorporating modern simplistic living. From room to room, it all flows effortlessly and throughout the property is flooded with natural light.

Internally all the accommodation is accessed from the bright and spacious hallway. The main hub of the home is the superb open plan space which has been cleverly zoned creating wonderful areas for the kitchen, dining, and lounge. The kitchen comes complete with a range of high-quality integrated appliances, extensive cupboards, and attractive stone worktops. This space stretches from the front to the back of the property which allows plenty of light in and from here you have a Juliet balcony on one side and an amazing private sun terrace with harbour views on the other.

The primary bedroom suite is a luxurious space with its own dressing area and well-appointed en suite shower room. Bedroom two is also a generous size with fitted wardrobes and its own en suite shower room. There is also a third bedroom/home office.

The property is approached via a private drive leading to the rear of the building. The penthouse is allocated two parking spaces, one of which is under cover. There is additional lock up storage to the rear of the parking, ideal for water sports equipment.

This property is located in such an exciting and interesting location. From Harbour Dene you are moments away from the famous Poole Harbour on one side and the golden sand on the other. My favourite moments are walking around the harbour with a lovely coffee from ‘Caff'.
