  • Coedmor occupies an idyllic rural position on the edge of the popular village of Maesymeillion.
  • Good local road connections provide quick and easy access to neighbouring towns including Llandysul (about 4.5 miles to south) Newcastle Emlyn (about 10 miles to south west) and Lampeter (about 12 miles to the north east).
  • The Ceredigion coast is also close at hand with the seaside resort of New Quay only about 10 miles to the north west.
