  • 3 Old Edinburgh is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of eight houses on a hill close to the Fife coast. It has a lovely outlook over fields to the Firth of Tay with the Angus hills in the distance beyond.
  • Boarhills is well located for access to St Andrews, which is less than 5 miles away, and all the villages of the East Neuk of Fife immediately to the south. Nearby is the Fairmont at St Andrews Bay, a golf resort which offers spa facilities, restaurants and a Championship Golf Course. Kingsbarns Golf Course is a short distance to the south. The Fife Coastal Pathway passes close to Boarhills and links to both St Andrews and Kingsbarns.
