Newlands itself is a relatively new neighbourhood with houses first being built in the 1990s. The property is situated off a quiet public road about 3 miles west of Balerno, a thriving Edinburgh suburb on the edge of the city's greenbelt.
  • Newlands' proximity to Scotland's capital is an obvious attraction, with local bus and rail links (22 minutes) into Edinburgh Waverley, and it is exceptionally well placed for the western outskirts of the city and airport.
