Goring and Streatley are on the main line service to London Paddington and access to the M4 (J12) via Pangbourne is within about 8/9 miles.   • Directions: From the centre of Goring-on-Thames beside the railway station, take the Wallingford Road towards South Stoke. After about ¾ of a mile turn right into Elvendon Road (signposted to Elvendon). Continue past the village housing and then fork left into Icknield Road (signposted to South Stoke) and proceed out of the village. Fiddle Hill is the second to last house on the right-hand side, before you reach open countryside.
