Tenancy

**This apartment is available for immediate move in only.** Please only enquire if you plan to move within the next 6 weeks as this is the maximum timeframe that we are able to reserve the apartment.

The earliest you will be able to move in would be 10 days from the point of application subject to all referencing and administrative processes.

Tenancy length of between 6 and 15 months are available with prices varying depending upon tenancy start date and contract length.

Price for this property is based on an 12 month tenancy starting within the next two weeks. Other prices and tenancy lengths are available.
