Regent Quarter will offer flexible workspaces of varying sizes will create a campus for collaboration and a community of innovative businesses. It has a distinctive main entrance and reception space, accessed directly from York Way, with a secondary pedestrian and cycle entrance accessed from Albion Yard to the rear. The building offers access to external amenity spaces, including courtyards at ground level and a generous roof terrace at level five. Jahn Court will provide flexible size offerings of fitted laboratory accommodation.
Brassworks is a characterful Victorian warehouse building (totalling c.11,300 sq ft), with a beautiful internal space and exposed timber rafters. It can be accessed directly from York Way, but also features secondary entrances from surrounding courtyards.
