The location of the buildings was done in a way to achieve the privacy between houses, with separate entrances, good ventilation and unobstructed sea view. The main materials as concrete, stone, wood, iron and of course tiles, all contributed in a result that is in harmony with the environment.

The environment was shaped with stone walls while effort was made so as to make houses have the maximum possible private garden. The existing olive grove was enriched with new olive trees and in combination with the intense purely Mediterranean plants, local biodiversity was preserved.

The same philosophy was followed and in interior design with natural materials and selected objects, creating one very warm and intimate space. The welcoming atmosphere to all living areas, in enhanced by the use of indirect lighting and LED technology.

Two of the three houses lie in two floors. The ground floor is mostly open plan, incorporating a modern kitchen. The two en suite bedrooms share between the ground floor and the first floor. The third house lies on a ground floor and consists of the same spaces. All houses provide private swimming pool and outdoor area with unobstructed sea views.
