• The office market zone Grafenberger Allee describes the office district located at the correspondent street and the adjacent side streets.
• Several large office complexes have been arising here such as “Global Gate”, “Grafenberger Höfe (Red Rocks)” or “Büropark Grafenberg”. In total, the stock of office space amounts to approx. 420,000 sq m.
• East of Schlüterstraße and south of the METRO premises, medium- and long-term development potential of approx. 60,000 sq m, especially at the site of the “Hohenzollernwerk”, a former steam engine factory, is available.
