The building, which is the subject of the new logistics development, will have a total area of 11,000 square metres, composed by 10,600 square metres of warehouse and 400 square metres of offices on two floors. It will have a height of 12 metres under the beam, a sprinkler system, 10 loading bays + 1 flush door with access ramp, a load capacity of 5 tonnes per square metre, a maximum manoeuvring yard depth of 32 metres, LED lighting, REI 120 and a photovoltaic system on the roof. It will be available in 11 months from the signing of a binding contract and will be built in accordance with the standards required by the logistics market, with the aim of obtaining LEED GOLD certification.
