  • Oak Lane Farm is located just outside the pretty village of Newdigate, a vibrant rural community that centres around the 12th Century church of St Peter. Also situated in the village are The Six Bells and Surrey Oaks public houses and the local farm shop. On Village Street itself is the local village store which provides for everyday needs and incorporates a post office. Opposite is the Brocus, a public area bought by the village as a memorial to the fallen of both world wars, and now used as a playing field for football, cricket and other sports, as well as hosting both the annual Village Day and firework festival.
  • Newdigate Pre-School and Newdigate C of E Infant School, both highly regarded, are situated in the village.
  • The farm is approximately eight miles south of Dorking town centre which provides a comprehensive range of shops and boutiques.
