About this property

  • The property is a detached residence built in the late 1980's which has only had two attentive owners. The house is set towards the front of the plot, with a good driveway and lovely outlook across fields to Bredon Hill to the front. Accommodation on the ground floor includes a sitting/dining room running from the front to the rear of the house with sliding doors to the rear into the garden, and a Cotswold stone fireplace with fitted woodburner, a fitted kitchen/breakfast room to the rear and a study to the front. Also on the ground floor are porches to the front and rear, and a cloakroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms, an en suite shower room and a Jack and Jill family bathroom. Both the front bedrooms enjoy the lovely countryside outlook, whilst the rear rooms face south overlooking the gardens.

Outside a driveway leads to the double garage, and offers further parking. The gardens are a lovely feature of the property and are mainly laid to level lawned areas with mature shrubs and bushes. The gardens enjoy a lovely southerly outlook. In all the grounds extend to just over a third of an acre.

I know and love this area - the hamlet has such a sense of community, there's beautiful countryside all around, great for walks with my dog, and the house has stunning large gardens.
