  • Pound Farm (formerly known as The Pounds) is a historically important Grade II* listed timber-framed farmhouse with surrounding farmstead buildings. The Pounds was a copyhold estate of Dymock Manor and is thought to have been used as a home farm for the nearby Grange of Flaxley Abbey. Shortly after the dissolution of the Abbey, The Pounds belonged to the influential Cam family. A succession of Cams succeeded in the ownership of the estate, to include Lady Ann Cam who through her philanthropic activities, gave her name to the local Dymock school.
