    • Woodcliff House is located on a quiet country lane overlooking rolling farmland. Although it feels very rural, the property is less than two miles from Abernethy and Newburgh. Both villages have some local amenities but for a more comprehensive range of shops and professional services Perth and Dundee are about 8 and 18 miles away respectively.
