    • The chalet is located on a quiet residential road a short walk from the town centre. The ski lifts are a five minute drive from the chalet and a ski-bus is a short walk away.
    • Schladming is an up-market resort with many restaurants, designer boutiques, hotels and bars making it a great destination throughout the year. The resort is perhaps most well-known for its fabulous skiing and hosts the famous World Cup Mens Night Slalom race in January, attracting visitors from around the globe. The Dachstein-Schladming ski resort has 123 km of interconnecting ski pistes and is part of the Ski Amade region which boasts 760 km of slopes across five ski regions. Neighboring Ramsau also has the largest collection of cross country ski tracks in Austria
