Built in 1844 as the lodge to the Pusey House, the charming Grade II listed Dutch-gabled South Lodge retains original features including cavetto-moulded windows and doors with a clay fish-scale tiled roof. During the mid C20th the Lodge was considerably extended and has been a well-loved family home for over 20 years.

Further interesting architectural features include the original elm spiral staircase exposed beams, and a wide main staircase rising and returning to a galleried landing.
