The entrance leads through to the generous ground floor sitting and dining room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and a central inglenook stone fireplace. The ground floor also consists of the kitchen with a range of base and wall units and an Aga, a door leads through to the conservatory. There is a useful separate utility room with access to the garden. There are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. To the east side of the property, on the ground floor, is a potential annexe with a bedroom, bathroom, open plan living room with dining area and separate kitchen, ideal for a dependent relative or potential holiday let, subject to the necessary consents.

Stairs are situated to the side of the sitting room and lead to the first floor which entails the principal bedroom suite offering a great size with the benefit of built-in storage and an en suite bathroom. On the other side of the gallery landing is a family room with windows overlooking the garden and across the Moors, this leads through to a study and bedroom five, beyond is a large storage area.

I love this private location set within stunning moorland countryside and yet accessible to the local amenities and a train station. The house offers wonderful proportions along with a vaulted reception room and generous gardens and land which are certain to impress.
