Comfortable living/ dining area, with fireplace and open plan kitchen. Own garden area. The large verandas enjoy direct sea views and there is also a smaller veranda adjoining the front entrance.
Lower Ground Level: Self-contained Studio Apartments with 3 rooms, 2 shower rooms, sea views and private entrances and verandas. Garage, being a large built-in area which can accommodate cars and general storage.
All garage doors and also the main site access gate are operated by remote control. Two water tanks are in use and have been placed at an adequate height so that the water will flow even if there is a power outage.
Electricity and water pipes are located underground plus private water well with pump and controls, which are all operating and a telephone line is connected. The site is fully planted with trees and surrounded by stone walls with iron railings above.
