The property’s original stone house from the 1920s has been remodeled and expanded. A living room has been added to the seaside exposure, built out of hand-cut sandstone boulders found on the property itself, as was the original house nearly 100 years ago. Its 12-foot ceiling and wrap-around glass walls capture the 15-mile view down the hillside, across the ocean and out to the Channel Islands. Three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms have been added to accommodate family and guests.
