  • Alltyrodyn Hall is a substantial three storey late Georgian Grade II* listed country house thought to date c.1820s built in the style of the famous architect John Nash and retaining many original features throughout. It is believed that the Alltyrodyn Estate was the sixth largest in the county in 1873. The listing describes it as “…the largest and most monumental country house in this part of Cardiganshire/ Carmarthenshire.”

  • Set within the beautiful Clettwr valley, about a mile from the village of Rhydowen, Alltyrodyn Hall offers life in one of Wales' most tranquil and serene locations. The university town of Lampeter lies about 10 miles east, and the nearby A475 connects the property to neighbouring villages within wider parts of the county. The Cardigan Bay shoreline is within easy reach of the Hall with some of the area's most renowned resorts accessed in about 30 minutes by car. The stunning seaside resort of New Quay only about 12 miles to the north-west. The larger administrative town of Carmarthen and the A48 M4 link road is about 17 miles to the south providing access to rest of south Wales (Swansea about 44 miles and Cardiff about 85 miles) the Severn Bridge and beyond.

Ysgol Bro Teifi is about 10 minutes' drive and the closest available state school for children of secondary education age.
