    • 5 Southfield is a mid-terrace house which overlooks a private courtyard just off the Kinnessburn Road. It is a quiet location immediately to the south of the Kinness Burn which designates central St Andrews. It is a half mile walk to the middle of town by a path and footbridges over the Kinness Burn which connect to Queens Gardens and South Street in the centre of town.
    • St Andrews is renowned worldwide as the Home of Golf. There are now seven golf courses under the management of the St. Andrews Links Trust, including the world famous Old Course which hosted the 150th Open Championship in 2022. There are many other golf courses nearby including The Duke's Course, two courses at Fairmont St. Andrews, Kingsbarns and Dumbarnie.
