About this property

  • Lot 3 - Silverton Mews.
Silverton Mews is the smaller of two properties that have been developed in the old stone steadings that lie adjacent to Silverton Farmhouse. Built in 2014 to a design by Fergus Purdie Architects it is attached to Silverton Cottage and the two could work well together, depending on a buyer's requirements.

A mixture of timber and zinc cladding, alongside original stone walls, gives the mews a striking yet understated style which fits comfortably in its agricultural setting. Silverton Mews enjoys a high degree of privacy with its entrance approached via a pathway on the eastern side of the property. The property has a light filled open plan sitting/dining/kitchen with a multi fuel stove and a large glazed window framing a view over farmland. The property has two double bedrooms, a shower room and a cloakroom with WC.

    Garden
Silverton Mews is set in about 0.24 acres of neatly mown grass.

    Outbuildings
On the southern gable of Silverton Mews there is a boiler room/store.
