Two stone houses, with separated wooden gates, furnished and decorated with traditional unique and rare features situated in Prines village
The first house is surrounded by a paved courtyard with assorted plants, flowers and many relaxation corners as well as an outside dining area. It`s consisting of the: Ground floor with a fully equipped traditional kitchen and an airy living/ dining room with wood burning fireplace. On the first floor, accessed by wooden staircase there is a sitting area also with fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom and two bedrooms: a bedroom presently used as office, a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The second house has separated entrance and stone fenced courtyard with outside dining area, trees and flowers. The ground floor is consisting of a living room, a kitchen with traditional oven and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a large veranda that offering beautiful views to the countryside.
Plenty of elements come to complete the traditional character of the houses: stone arches, wooden ceilings, stairs doors and windows, stone fences and paved courtyards, authentic furniture inside and outside.
Both houses have been built on a land plot of 277 sqm.
