    About this property

    • Chalet Gabriel is a spectacular traditional style chalet that was restructured and completely renovated in 2015 to the highest specification using only the best natural, local materials.

The chalet covers 850m2 of living space and is currently split into 8 apartments and suites, spread over 3 floors. The apartments and suites range from 39 to 140m2 and either have 1 or 2 bedrooms, most with pull out sofa beds to accommodate a further 2 guests. They also all feature modern kitchenettes and terraces (except for one suite).

The suites have been tastefully furnished in a traditional Tyrolean style and feature wood clad walls, fireplaces and sumptuous soft furnishings all of which create a cosy alpine atmosphere. However, all have modern facilities such as Wifi, satellite television, Bluetooth amplifier and Espresso coffee machines.

The chalet is located in the heart of Seefeld, close to the golf course and ski lifts making it incredibly accessible. This beautiful chalet can be bought as is and run as a business by the management team who currently manage the property, alternatively, it can be bought as a residence and easily converted into an individual family property. (STPP)
