About this property

  • Perched on the ocean's edge, this single storey home offers a unique blend of serenity and sophistication, with panoramic views stretching from Pringle Bay to Cape Point.

The heart of this exquisite residence lies within the carefully crafted walled courtyard, where the morning sun bathes the surroundings in a warm embrace. It's the perfect spot to start your day, enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The courtyard, beautifully landscaped with indigenous flora, features a built-in barbeque area with pizza oven and a staircase leading to the rooftop deck, where you can bask in the awe-inspiring vistas of the Rooi Els mountains and the endless ocean horizon.

Step into the open plan living area, dining space and kitchen, where the sea becomes your ever-changing backdrop. The compact yet charming wooden kitchen is intelligently designed to make the most of the space. In the winter months, a cosy Jetmaster wood fireplace keeps the entire living area warm and inviting. From here, a delightful sunroom beckons, offering ample storage and direct access to the courtyard.

As you make your way to the bedrooms, you'll encounter a thoughtfully placed study desk with inspiring views of the surroundings. The expansive main bedroom suite invites you to relax in style, with a direct line of sight to the ocean and mountains. A walk-through dressing room, complete with his and hers floor-to-ceiling built-in closets, leads to a luxurious shower room on one side and an extra-length spa bath on the other. Here, you'll find pure relaxation as you soak in the tranquil beauty of the mountains and the sea.

Each of the guest bedrooms offers stunning ocean views, with built-in cupboards or a built-in desk. Skylights flood these rooms with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. The northern wing of the home houses a complete kitchen and single garage and a fourth bedroom with a separate entrance, featuring a shower room and a double bedroom with sliding doors leading to the courtyard.

The property is further enhanced by its meticulously landscaped garden, a bricked driveway, an exterior electric wiring to deter any unwelcome guests, ensuring your privacy and security.

This is a unique opportunity to own a piece of coastal paradise, as a permanent residence, seasonal getaway, or lucrative rental investment property.
