  • Little Molleston is set down its own private lane with a peaceful woodland backdrop in-between the hamlet of Molleston and the larger village of Templeton.
  • Good local roads provide quick access to neighbouring towns including the popular shopping and dining-out town of Narberth that is only about 2.5 miles to the north while the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline is also within easy reach with the seaside resorts of Saundersfoot (about 6.5 miles) and Tenby (about 9 miles) both to the south.
