About this property

  • Deblins Green is a picturesque character cottage situated in the heart of the village with delightful views across the green.

Understood to date from 1670, the half tile hung cottage is Grade II listed and immaculately presented throughout having been sympathetically modernised whilst preserving the charming character features such as original beams and fireplaces.

The kitchen has been beautifully fitted with bespoke cabinetry, integrated appliances, marble work surfaces and a generous area for dining and entertaining. Filled with natural light, the drawing room is generous in size with an Inglenook fireplace and a door to the patio. There is a small, light study which is well placed off the sitting room.

The principal bedroom is very spacious with walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with freestanding bath and a shower. There are two further bedrooms on this floor complimented by a family bathroom. An additional bedroom with an en suite and dressing area can be found on the second floor.

Outside there is a low maintenance courtyard garden with relaxed seating area. A single garage can be found at the rear of the property.

Deblins Green would be well suited to downsizers or an idyllic country retreat.
