  • Fifield House is situated in the delightful Thameside village of South Stoke which is surrounded by fields and riverside walking. The well known public house/restaurant, The Perch and Pike is within a short walk and there are further riverside restaurants in the neighbouring villages. There is a village primary school and the 12th century church of St Andrew. Further amenities are available in nearby Goring-on-Thames. More extensive facilities can be found in the market town of Wallingford and in Henley or Reading. Goring station has a frequent mainline train service to London Paddington via Reading (from 28 minutes).
